I disagree with the above review. Many of my family and friends have the halal financing with them. Five senior muftis who sit on over 50 Islamic banks have approved. Please read the article they have top 10 reasons to use Zero which shares the 10 ways they different from Banks. They are the only institution which has had major institutions sign contracts agreeing to all the halal requirement as set out by the Shariah board. They are very open and transparent. You can visit the youtube page and listen to close to 10 public well known scholars who speak about the product and two Canadian lawyers.

Zero Mortgage is a scam scheme runs by bunch of scam artists, there is no Halal part on it except on their webinars. They certainly do advertise and present themselves as one by getting endorsements from unknown sheikhs/imams and by using Islamic lending terminology to deceive the Muslim Community for personal gains.
There is no Halal part as you will sign the exact mortgage papers with a conventional mortgage.then few weeks after closing with the lender, one of zero mortgage scam artists will prepare a useless piece of paper that even doesn't carry Zero Mortgage letterhead and they called it Musharakah which has no legal value as it's not signed by the bank or the lender. On one of their document they brag about the primary contract with the lender is what they called Musharakah agreement which is totally a false statement.
